Welcome to the WFLMOA

The Association

We are the Wessex Football League Match Officials Association and our objectives are to promote a closer understanding and social atmosphere between all of our members, both referees and assistant referees, to the mutual benefit of The Sydenhams Football League (Wessex).
We also are a base from which information and instruction shall disseminate to all members, information that is deemed to be desirable and of interest to our members.
Most important of all, is that the Association is there to help and provide guidance to members, in perhaps the most important feeder league in the area. The Association will listen to concerns of a footballing nature and act as a vehicle to liaise with The Sydenhams Football League (Wessex). It is your Association that will give advice on expectations, protocol and clarification of League Rules.
All of your Officers are experienced Referees and Assistant Referees at this level.

Upcoming Events

WFLMOA End of Season Social Event
The WFLMOA would like to invite it's members and their partners to an end of season skittles night.
When? Friday 18 May 2012, 19:00 for a 19:30 start.
Where? Bannister Park Bowling Club, Stoneham Lane, Eastleigh.
Price? £10 per head (no concessions). This will include a supper of either; chicken and chips, scampi and chips, sausage and chips or a ploughman's.
There will be prizes awarded on the night and there will also be a raffle.

Wessex League Dinner
The Wessex League end of season dinner is being held on Friday 11 May 2012 at The Novotel, Southampton. The WFLMOA has reserved a table of 10 for this event. Should you wish to attend plaease contact Chris Gunnell by email: chrisgunnell@firstassure.co.uk or treasurer@wflmoa.co.uk
If booked through WFLMOA the cost will be a reduced £25 per person.
